Official Terms and Conditions

Entry into the competition constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions:


1. Promoters

The promoters of this competition are Her Thirties Ltd, located at 21 Riversdale Road, Wallasey, Wirral CH44 8DA, company number 15874927, and eWellness Limited, trading as Zults. eWellness Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 12346871, with its registered office at 14 The Star and Garter House, Richmond Hill, London, Surrey, England, TW10 6BF.

2. Eligibility

This competition is exclusively open to women from any country who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoters, their immediate family members, and any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins on 20th April 2025 at 00:01 GMT and ends on 15th June 2025 at 23:59 GMT. Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Participants must:

  1. Follow on Instagram: Participants must follow both Her Thirties and Zults app on Instagram (@her.thirties, @myrezults).
  2. Comment to Enter: Comment on the competition post tagging one friend they want to bring on the trip. The tagged friend must also be following both accounts.
  3. Visit the Competition Website Page: Participants must go to the link in the @her.thirties bio, click on the competition page, and fill out the form to submit their full name, email & agree to T&Cs.
  4. Download the Zults App: Available for free on iOS and Android. In order for your entry to count entrants must:
      • Download the FREE app
      • Create a FREE account and log in to the app.
      • On the app’s main screen, tap the ‘Request’ button.
      • Use the search bar to find ‘HER30s’ and select the Her Thirties profile.
      • Tap ‘Request Rezults’ and include the note #HTCannes2025.

Please note: Both women must have completed all above steps and it is one entry per email. Your entry is only counted once all above requirement are completed. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

• The prize includes a two-night stay for two women, the winner and one guest, to go to a seafront apartment on La Croisette in Cannes, a bottle of champagne upon arrival, a full-day private yacht trip with lunch, and £200 cash for travel expenses.

• The yacht excursion must be taken during the stay and cannot be rescheduled.

• Winners are responsible for any damages incurred to the apartment or yacht during their stay. Any breach of property etiquette or rules may result in charges or forfeiture of the prize.

• Travel costs to and from Cannes are not covered by the Promoters. Winners must arrange travel to the nearest major airport (details provided upon winning) and manage their transportation to the accommodation.

Please note: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The prize must be taken between 01.08.2025 and 01.10.2025, subject to availability. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not specified, including but not limited to travel insurance, transportation, meals, and personal expenses etc.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The selection process will be conducted manually to ensure fairness and compliance with legal standards.

• The winner will be notified within 7 days after the competition ends (June 13th 2025) via Instagram DM and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

Please note: Only after successful verification will the winner be officially announced. If the selected entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be drawn using the same process.

7. Liability

The Promoters are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the prize experience. By accepting the prize, the winner and their guest agree to participate in the yacht trip and apartment stay at their own risk. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or their guest during the trip, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. The Promoters are not liable for any travel issues, including missed flights or transportation problems, nor for any personal expenses.

8. Data Protection and Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in the Promoters’ Privacy Policy.

• Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities including the use of their name and image in marketing materials.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, regulatory changes, or any other circumstances outside their control.

Entry into the competition constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
