The 30 Method

Designed for women in their 30's.
To make self-prioritisation actually happen.

If you’ve ever felt like your energy is constantly drained, your self-care gets pushed to the bottom of the list, and no routine ever seems to stick - this is for YOU.

Most wellness plans fail because they demand too much, too fast. They expect you to overhaul your life overnight, but real, lasting change comes from small, consistent actions that fit into your actual lifestyle.

That’s why we created The 30 method.

WHY IT WORKS

Your brain and body thrive on consistency, not extremes. Studies on habit formation show that small, manageable actions done daily are more effective than intense but short-lived efforts.

  • 30 minutes is the sweet spot. Long enough to create a shift, short enough to be doable. Research shows that even 30 minutes of daily movement improves energy, mood, and mental clarity.

2. Repetition builds momentum. By stacking movement, mindset, and self-care into your daily routine, you create a compounding effect - each action reinforcing the next.

3. Avoids burnout. Unlike all-or-nothing approaches (hello, 75 Hard), this method is sustainable for real life. No extremes. No guilt.

WHY THIS WORKS FOR WOMEN IN THEIR 30'S

Your 30's are a unique decade. You’re balancing career, relationships, friendships, financial decisions, personal growth - and somewhere in all of that, trying to take care of yourself. Most wellness routines don’t fit into this phase of life because they’re either too rigid, too time-consuming, or completely unrealistic for a woman who actually has things to do.

  • You don’t have hours to spend at the gym, practicing mindfulness or self-care. But 30 minutes? That’s doable.
  • Your energy fluctuates more than in your 20's. This method allows flexibility - some days it’s strength training, others it’s a walk or yoga.
  • You’ve outgrown extremes. No more crash diets, all-or-nothing thinking, or punishing routines. This is about something sustainable.
  • Your self-care actually matters. This isn’t about squeezing in a 5-minute face mask and calling it a day. It’s about making yourself a priority without guilt.

Us women in our 30's NEED a method that is structured but flexible, effective but realistic, simple but powerful.

That’s exactly what the 30|30|30 method is.

✔ 30 minutes of self-care - Prioritise yourself. This could be a skincare routine, an intentional meal, a bath, or any ritual that nourishes you.

It’s not about doing it perfectly. It’s about staying consistent in a way that fits your life.
